Submissions

The Commission thanks all those who have made submissions to assist its inquiry.

Submissions made to the Commission of Inquiry have assisted the Commission to gather information from the Tasmanian community about the challenges and problems with preventing, identifying, reporting and responding to allegations and incidents of child sexual abuse in institutional settings. The submissions have also shaped our understanding of opportunities for reform.

As with witness statements, the release of information is subject to any relevant legal, privacy and safety considerations. Not all submissions will be published.
